Comfort Zone

Although the concept at Craft is simple -- let the food speak for itself -- navigating the waters and decided what to mix and match can prove decidedly more complicated. For information about how to maximize your enjoyment of your dining experience, please read on.

Reservations
Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made by calling the restaurant directly or on OpenTable.com.

Seating
Seating at Craft is very comfortable in armless leather and wooden chairs that are 17 inches in diameter at their widest point. There are also banquettes and benches strategically placed around the restaurant for additional seating options. Tables are strategically placed throughout the restaurant with enough room that you don't feel on top of your neighbor. There are also tables in the window and toward the side of the bar that provide a more semiprivate dining experience.

AtmosphereThe ambience at Craft is lively, from the bar to the restaurant. The filigreed lighting provides for a very mood-lit, hip atmosphere. This is not the place for an intimate table for two, as the music and vibrant crowd might interfere with quiet conversations. That said, Craft is the perfect spot for a business meal, for a fun dinner with friends or for that special occasion! The decor is the perfect mix of pre-existing industrial elements -- from the restaurant's previous life as a factory -- with new, modern touches. The mix gives you plenty to gaze at throughout the evening.

Restrooms
The restrooms at Craft are in the restaurant and on the same level as the dining room.

Dress Code
The dress code is business casual.

Parking
Craft is easily accessible by taxi, subway or car. If you choose to drive, you can attempt to find parking on the street, or at one of the variety of parking garages nearby. Spots on the street are few and far between, however.

Awards

*Please note that the restaurants featured at TravelsinTaste.com may have changed their personnel, menu, pricing, decor, hours of operation, etc., since our last visit. The competitive and creative nature of the fine dining scene virtually assures that changes will occur on a frequent basis in order to make diners happier, meals more pleasurable and visits more frequent. Given their frequent fluctuations, most restaurants welcome inquiries about their current hours, menu and more.
