L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon offers a L’Unique menu daily until 6:45 p.m. Priced at $49 per person, guests can select one appetizer, one entrée and one dessert. Dishes change daily, but can include:
• Sautéed bay scallops and calamari with artichokes or Iberico de Bellota ham and confit tomatoes croquettes
• Sea bass on a white bread toast and citrus sauce or Skirt steak fricassée with bell peppers and sweet spices
• Tiramisu dome, mascarpone mousse, Oreo crumble and coffee sauce or Vanilla sponge cake, coconut cream and exotic fruits salad
