Comfort Zone

N9NE Steakhouse is quite a popular restaurant, as evidenced by Chef Dakake's celebrity wall! If you'd like to figure out how to maximize your enjoyment of your dining experience, please read on.

Reservations
Reservations are strongly recommended (especially for 7 p.m. and after) and can be made by calling the restaurant directly.

Seating
With tables of 35 inches square, you have more than enough room to try those extra sides that Chef Dakake is so well known for. Additionally, the seating is more than comfortable and well spaced so as not to be intrusive. There are freestanding chairs at about 18 inches in diameter, as well as booths that are equally roomy and comfortable. It just depends on your idea of a comfy seat. Anything is possible here. You can have an ultra suede booth, a leather chair or simply sink into one of the comfy lounge chairs. There's something for everyone.

Atmosphere
The atmosphere at N9NE is completely jovial -- a combination of a fun party with fabulous food and a ritzy hot spot for "beautiful people" and well known celebrities. With its hip music and changing lights, the restaurant is not one for that quiet dinner for two. If you're in the mood for fabulous fun and great food, however, then this place is definitely for you. The tables are generously spaced (and so are the booths) so that you don't feel like you're sitting on your neighbor. What's more, the lounge has plenty of room for you to convene with your group before or after dinner without feeling intruded upon.

Restrooms
The restrooms are in the restaurant and on the same level as the dining room.

Dress Code
The dress code is business casual.

Parking
Gratis valet parking is available at the Palms, or you can simply take a cab and not worry about parking.

Awards
N9NE certainly deserves its share of awards, and has been noted with some very prestigious ones, such as “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator and "Best American Restaurant" from Las Vegas Life Magazine's 2007 Epicurean Awards.

*Please note that the restaurants featured at TravelsinTaste.com may have changed their personnel, menu, pricing, decor, hours of operation, etc., since our last visit. The competitive and creative nature of the fine dining scene virtually assures that changes will occur on a frequent basis in order to make diners happier, meals more pleasurable and visits more frequent. Given their frequent fluctuations, most restaurants welcome inquiries about their current hours, menu and more.
