  • Guests "craft" their own experience. Because the combinations you can "craft" are infinite, the meal concept is truly yours to create
  • Glass of Wine $10 - $22/Appetizer $8 - $39/Entree $28 - $50/Dessert $5 - $15
  • Sample Dishes: Australian Wagyu Carpaccio/Braised Lobster/Roasted Striped Bass
  • Tasting Menu (Craft kindly requests the participation of the entire table for the Tasting Menu, $110 per person; wine pairings for each course, $75 per person)
  • Craft’s Wine Director hosts weekly wine dinners in the private dining room at $125 per person, including tax and gratuity
  • Near the Union Square Greenmarket where fresh ingredients are continuously available
