Postrio

The Most Inviting Restaurant in Vegas

In St. Mark’s Square at the Venetian’s Grand Canal Shoppes in Las Vegas sits a gem of a restaurant: Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio. Newly renovated, Postrio has it all -- from a casual patio café and a more formal dining room to two private dining areas and an ultra-sophisticated lounge, complete with a bar that extends from inside the lounge into the patio café outside! Chef Mark Sandoval exquisitely prepares Wolfgang’s seasonal American cuisine, which he enhances with Asian and Mediterranean influences. Designed by EDG (the same designers behind Wolfgang Puck’s uber-sexy CUT, located in the Palazzo), the restaurant’s recently completed renovation is the perfect stunning showcase for its new menu, which features old favorites alongside new dishes that are destined to be added to the list. Of course, there’s one more thing worth mentioning: Although Wolfgang Puck’s restaurants are known for their fresh cuisine, based on local and organic ingredients, they should also be known for their friendly, helpful staff, as Postrio’s is among the most inviting in town.
