    Statue and Garden

A long, seasonal garden sits directly outside of Sinatra. And because Wynn pays special attention to horticulture, you can be sure that it is well taken care of. When we visited in the spring, beds of begonias decorated the garden along with green foliage and beautiful trees. At night, these trees are lit with twinkling lights that give the garden a beautiful effect, which you can observe firsthand when you follow the slightly curving white walkway that leads you out of the restaurant and through the garden, past flowers and a pair of gazebos. From this same walkway you can see the garden’s piece de resistance: two stone ladies, the first of which sits directly outside the lounge area, the second of which has her own special area surrounded by semicircular foliage outside the main dining room. Both are in the ancient Greco-Roman style with beautiful flowing robes set atop a pedestal, handling long strands of flowers. Because of those flowers, these sculptures -- which sit in front of a beautiful crisscrossed screen with the Wynn emblem that marks the back of the garden area -- are said to represent the spring and summer seasons. Along with the larger garden, these sculptures add to the beautiful airy elegance that is Sinatra.

Garden Dining

When the wind is not too strong, there’s a truly enjoyable option for dining at Sinatra: outdoor patio dining in the garden. There are two rectilinear gazebos surrounded by columns – both with wood-burning outdoor fireplaces -- around which are several tables for outdoor dining. Strategically placed throughout the patio, they are a little more whimsical than the tables inside, as they’re surrounded with fanciful ceramic tangerine-colored chairs, which are as comfortable as they are colorful. This is the perfect place to dine by the fire because in the garden you can enjoy the fresh air and still catch fleeting glances into the restaurant through its floor-to-ceiling windows. In case the weather isn’t perfect, there are heat lamps as well as ceiling fans with which to perfect your atmosphere.
