    Baby Lettuces and Pear Salad

While Mark Militello owns the restaurant, along with three others throughout South Florida, he can't be everywhere at once. Standing in his stead is an extremely able bodied Chef in Larry LaValley, who runs the kitchen, and pastry chef Juan Villaparedes. If you would care to peruse the lunch menu, please click here. Bread Basket

"Beginnings": Pan Seared Foie Gras (over peach cobbler, $26); Warm Mozzarella Wrapped in Prosciutto (with grilled eggplant and tomato, $14); Tartare of Yellowfin Tuna (avocado, cucumber noodles and lemon grass oil, $17); Jumbo Scallops (puree of calabaza, passion fruit butter and plantain crisps, $16); Cheese Composition (reggiano parmesan with lavender honey, truffle goat cheese tartlet with apricot compote, baked brie in puff pastry with huckleberries, 18); Carpaccio of Beef (with Genoa salami, sopersatta, arugula, caponata, pecorino Romano and pesto drizzle, $19); Southern Comfort Smoked Baby Back Ribs (apple, raisin, celery root slaw, crispy onion rings, $13); Roast of Littleneck Clams (with tomatoes, chorizo, pimiento, garlic, white wine and cilantro, $14).
