    Spa Pools

Once you step outside the restaurant you'll note that there are three intimate spa pools, each of which holds a maximum of 15 people. One spa has freshwater, another saltwater, and the last one soaks guests in mineral water. The pools are in direct alignment with one another and chaise lounges are visible throughout the pool area. You'll also see lovely green plants adorning the terrace. Care to take a dip in the pool, but don't want the traffic on Collins Avenue to watch? The designers thought of that, and so you'll be happy to see that if you take a dip, you are shielded from the foot traffic on Collins Avenue by lush greenery and hedges.

Outdoor Dining

At Mark's South Beach, you have the choice of dining with a view of the open kitchen in the main dining room, or al fresco in the garden and overlooking the spa pools. Outside you sit at ample wicker-type chairs with sage green cushions set beside glass-top wicker-type circular tables (between the pool and the restaurant). There is the occasional umbrella, but don't worry, if it's too hot we did notice an outside fan to substitute for the gentle beach breezes.
