    Red & Golden Beets
Whether dining indoors or out, La Marea's breakfast, lunch and dinner menus offer you a multitude of dining options. Once you're seated at La Marea, you'll be welcomed with a tray featuring several types of bread. Do not miss the chocolate raisin bread - which promises you a delectable decadence you won't find anywhere else in South Beach. The breads are accompanied by an olive oil spread of sun-dried tomatoes, pepper, garlic, and capers. Seafood is flown in daily from around the world and seafood entrees are served with generous helpings of volcano salt, sea salt and coral salt. No matter what you order, you'll no doubt taste the influence of Chef Rota's focus on quality and freshness. Many of the dishes stem from northern Italian influences and all are prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients. Once you dine at La Marea, you'll no doubt agree that Chef Rota has succeeded in his goal of bringing Mediterranean cuisine to the beach of Miami. Its also nice to know that the wine pour is certainly in line with normal standards. Please note, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all checks. For a glance at the current dinner menu, which is separated into several sections including from the sea and from the land, please continue reading below. Lunch and dinner have a similar menu.
