Chicken Tikka Wrap
An Asian expert who was trained in classical French culinary arts at The School of Culinary Arts in Houston, Shawn Armstrong has held senior positions in the finest restaurants across the world, including in the United States, Hong Kong, Maldives and Singapore. In his previous position as executive sous chef of MOzen, he was tasked with establishing it as Las Vegas' premier authentic taste-of-Asia restaurant. He succeeded so well that he was promoted to executive chef. Now, Vivek Rawat -- who replaced Armstrong at MOzen Bistro as chef de cuisine -- is tasked with carrying on the authentic taste-of-Asia tradition. Prior to joining MOzen, Chef Rawat was with the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore; he has more than six years' experience with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and now oversees a menu that includes items from the four corners of Asia, along with some Western touches. The wine list also skews international, as does the rest of the drink menu, which includes specialty cocktails; signature martinis; domestic, imported and non-alcoholic beer; and even sake!
