Wine
Scarpetta boasts a wine cellar with more than 3,000 bottles, including more than 500 labels that highlight Old World varietals from Italy's various regions, including Tuscany, Piemonte, Puglia and Lombardia, in addition to other noted wine regions in France and Spain. Chef Conant's wines are showcased in two private dining rooms and an entire wall of the main dining room. Additionally, next door to the restaurant is Chef Conant's wine bar, D.O.C.G. (short for "Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita," the highest level of Italian wine). Paolo Barbieri, master sommelier, most recently the sommelier who secured Wynn’s Alex it’s Wine Spectator Grand Award, ably presides over both Scarpetta's and D.O.C.G.’s wine cellar with a sharp eye for exquisite wines at all price points.

Cocktail Program
Alongside its amazing wine list, Scarpetta has a special cocktail program that focuses on the Italian "aperitivo." An aperitivo is a drink before the meal intended to be served with a snack, as Italians believe appetite comes when you eat. These cocktails are takes on popular favorites and also include small-batch American spirits such as the New Fashioned, a concoction of Woodford Reserve, Luxardo, orange syrup and bitters; Gallardo, which is made from Hendrick's gin, basil-infused simple syrup, honey and apple; Tuaca Classico, comprised of Tuaca, lime, agave nectar and a Chianti float; Dottato, a mixture of Knob Creek, fig jam, peach bitters and lemon; Scarselli, created from Hendrick's Campari, aperol and cranberry; and Il Dolce Limone, made from Ketel One, Solerno blood orange liquer and ginger beer.
