Executive Chef Christophe Bellanca produces a wide variety of dishes for lunch that are sure to satisfy all your tastes and desires. You can have a full fledged lunch in the dining room or sample the bar menu in the cafe, or, if you want a taste of the full meal without spending too much, you can opt for the $39 Prix Fixe menu. Soups: Soup of the Day ($15); Appetizers: Prosciutto di Parma (with seasonal fruits, $18); Salmon "Gravlax" (with light lemon cream, sweet and sour vegetables, warm blinis, $18); Tuna Roll (sashimi and tartare with mango, galangal, cucumber yuzu granite, $24); Spring Vegetable Cassolette ($16); Risotto of the Day (fresh market ingredients, $20); Spaghetti alia Chitarra (with seafood, $16/$28, with cherry tomato sauce and basil, $14/$22); Crispy Zucchini Flowers ("Roma style" with spicy pepper sauce, $21).

Salads: Salad "Le Cirque" (mixed lettuces with tomato, carrot, avocado, asparagus, haricots verts, and a poached quail egg, $15); Roasted Shrimp Salad (salad of herbs, tomato, basil, garlic and parsley, quinoa tabouleh, $18); Lobster Salad (with potatoes, asparagus, tomato and avocado, black truffle vinaigrette, $45); Chicken Curry Salad (golden raisins, creme fraiche, mango chutney, $24); Caesar Salad (baked egg on crouton, marinated anchovies, $16); Warm Calamari Salad (a la Provencal, $18); Cheese Souffle (with mixed greens, $18); Omelette du jour (with salad or pommes frites, $14).
