CUT, Wolfgang Puck's sixth Las Vegas restaurant, opened with a bang in March 2008 at the new Palazzo Hotel Resort Casino. Located near the resort's majestic waterfall and fountains, which mark the elegant shopping and dining oasis that is the Palazzo, CUT is in great company. That's because the Palazzo boasts more than 60 international boutiques, 20 of which have made their Las Vegas debut there, including Barney's and Lamborghini. You may have tried the original CUT in Beverly Hills, the Richard Meier-designed property in the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel; if so, you probably found yourself wishing that this fantastic steakhouse had a sibling. Now it does. The Las Vegas location is already one of the hottest restaurants in town thanks to its beautiful design, its extensive wine list and its creative menu, which includes something for everyone, not just steak lovers.
