Spring Discovery Menu

Mélisse will be offering a four-course menu available Tuesday-Friday at $65 before tax and gratuity. The menu will change weekly to celebrate spring.

Menu for the dates of Tuesday, March 17th - Friday, March 20th

First Course

Buffalo Mozzarella

Roasted Pee Wee Potatoes and Confit Sunchokes, Tomato-Green Garlic Jus

Second Course

Slow Cooked Scottish Salmon

Crushed Potato, Confit Fennel, Fennel-Saffron Jus
