P.F. Chang’s Farm to Wok Tour Launches with No Kid Hungry Fundraiser in Washington D.C. Area Restaurants Tuesday, August 15

On Tuesday, Aug. 15, Washington D.C. area restaurants will celebrate the brand’s nearly 25-year Farm to WokTM commitment by donating 10 percent of sales, up to $10,000, to No Kid Hungry. Guests are invited to dine at P.F. Chang’s restaurants in Chevy Chase, Arlington, Fairfax, Tysons Corner, Columbia, Annapolis, Potomac and Dulles to help end childhood hunger.

“P.F. Chang’s believes everyone should get the healthy food they need every day, which is why we’re partnering with No Kid Hungry,” said Dwayne Chambers, P.F. Chang’s chief marketing officer. “Our goal is to raise $10,000 in one day at our Washington D.C. area restaurants, while raising awareness about childhood hunger in the United States.”

P.F. Chang’s will continue its No Kid Hungry fundraising efforts from Aug. 23 – Sept. 19, when it will be touring Los Angeles, Phoenix, Houston and Dallas on a Farm to WokTM food truck tour.

P.F. Chang’s is celebrating its Farm to WokTM roots with a sweepstakes, where one lucky person will win a two-night trip for two to Napa Valley, Calif., $500 cash, and a private dinner prepared by P.F. Chang’s executive chef, Yuji Iwasa. No purchase is necessary.
