All of our Specials that evening, along with wines pared to taste, will be from this world reknowned region of France.

Soupe Paysane ou Soupe de Melon au Floc

Salade de Gascogne
Frisée with duck gizzard, lardons, croutons & foie gras, walnut dressing

Salmis de Pigeon
Wood pigeon spread with herbs & juniper over toasted crostini, red wine reduction, baby greens

Terrine de Foie Gras au Sauterne
Served with toasted country bread, floc sauce with white grapes, baby arugula

Escargot de Gascogne
Snails with onion, lardons & diced vegetables in a puff pastry

Coq au Vin
Rooster stew in a red wine sauce served with fresh pappardelle pasta

Cassoulet du Gers
Traditional stew with sausages, duck confit & braised pork over beans

Magret de Canard au Poivre Vert
Pan roasted duck breast, served with a potato gratin dauphinois & frisee salad

Noix de St Jacques Sauce au Cepes
Bacon wrapped sea scallops with sauteed spinach, mashed potato & porcini sauce
