Pinot Brasserie

A Taste of Paris Right Off the Casino Floor!

There's no doubt that when you step off the casino floor at the Venetian, you'll feel the allure of Paris. And not the make-believe Vegas version, either, as Chef-Restaurateur Joachim Splichal actually went antiquing in Europe prior to opening Pinot Brasserie, which he's adorned with authentic antiques from his trip, incorporating them into his decor in order to make the restaurant as truly Parisian as it can possibly be. Combine that authentic French feel with the elegance of the restaurant's mercury mirrors, burnished wood moldings and copper chandeliers, and you have an Old World elegance that will no doubt transport you to another time and place. Serving a combination of French and Californian cuisine that's expertly prepared by Executive Chef Eric Lhuillier, this bistro is the answer to your Parisian dreams. Off the casino floor on the Venetian's so-called Restaurant Row, where a uniquely romantic atmosphere abounds, one can forget about gambling and enjoy an amorous meal in a quaint Parisian brasserie -- without the trans-Atlantic jet lag!
