Designed by EDG (the same designers behind Wolfgang Puck’s uber-sexy CUT, located in the Palazzo), the restaurant’s recently completed renovation is the perfect stunning showcase for its new menu, which features old favorites alongside new dishes that are destined to be added to the list. Of course, there’s one more thing worth mentioning: Although Wolfgang Puck’s restaurants are known for their fresh cuisine, based on local and organic ingredients, they should also be known for their friendly, helpful staff, as Postrio’s is among the most inviting in town.
