Reservations
Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made by calling the restaurant directly, by calling the Palazzo, or by visiting OpenTable online. If you want to reserve the kitchen loft, you should think about booking at least two months in advance.
Seating Seating is generously spaced and no table is considered undesirable. With all the dining options -- Bar Charlie, the Kitchen Loft and Restaurant Charlie -- there's something for everyone. In Bar Charlie, you can enjoy an elegant casual meal, while in the Kitchen Loft you can enjoy the ultimate Vegas dining experience, watching chefs prepare your meal from high above the kitchen and the dining room. Seating is available in chairs, banquettes and booths, all of which are equally comfortable.
Atmosphere Modern, striking and elegant are the words best used to describe Restaurant Charlie. A gentle music plays to soothe the mind and lets you focus completely on Trotter's culinary creations. Large windows illuminate the restaurant along with striking geometric pendant lights. The restaurant is primarily decorated in earth and sea tones, with flowers that produce the desired color effect. Service is so exceptional that if you're wearing black, you'll receive a black napkin instead of a white one, so as not to attract lint. How is that for attention to detail?
Restrooms
The restrooms are in the restaurant and on the same level as the dining room. There's even a restroom upstairs, in the kitchen loft.

The dress code is smart casual.
Parking
Gratis valet parking is available at the Palazzo, as is gratis self parking. Or you can simply take a cab and not worry about parking.
Awards
Although Restaurant Charlie is too young to have earned many awards -- it opened in April 2008 -- it has the distinction of just recently being awarded a Michelin Star for 2008!
