We wholeheartedly agreed, then moved onto dessert, which consisted of two creations from Pastry Chef Mina Pizarro. We began with the Chocolate and Jasmine Inspiration. "It’s a chocolate creme with a chocolate sorbet and it's built with a little bit of style," Chef Hergatt said. "It's quite dynamic in the look. It has a beautiful chocolate flavor and it's been infused with a little bit of floral jasmine. So we use fresh floral jasmine pearls and basically we infuse them into the cream so that you'll see this light flavor that will come through the actual chocolate."

   
     
    
Citrus Palette

We also savored the Citrus Palette. "It’s a yogurt creme and it's been set with a little bit of jelly on a feullintine base -- like a little crumbly, crunchy base," Chef Hergatt expalined. "On top you have a little seasonality with the ruby red grapefruit. It's served with a passionfruit ice cream and chocolate ganache. It's sensational."

With that, we finished our meal at SHO Shaun Hergatt. For now, that is, because we will definitely be back!
