Frank Sinatra. Las Vegas. Steve Wynn. Together, they're the holy trinity of ingredients in a recipe for surefire success. It's amazing that nobody thought to combine them before now. Most of us have seen the ads that Sinatra and Wynn created back in the day, and Sinatra’s love of Vegas and friendship with Wynn certainly was no secret. After all, after Sinatra's passing Wynn had the road behind Circus Circus -- Frank Sinatra Drive -- named in his honor. Now Wynn pays homage to his friend in a different, more lively way with Sinatra the restaurant. Located in Wynn’s newest property, Encore, Sinatra offers an experience that makes fine dining fun again. Sinatra memorabilia, like Ol' Blue Eyes' Oscar, reigns supreme at the entryway while classic Sinatra tunes play in the background. Decoration isn't all Sinatra all the time, however. In fact, the modern restaurant has several antique touches, like crystal sculptures from the 1920s, that say "Sinatra" without actually being Sinatra. Still, the food is the real star of the show (sorry Frank!). That's because Chef Theo Schoenegger has taken Frank’s favorites -- classic Italian recipes -- and added some modern flair to them. The result are dishes that everyone will love -- whether they love Frank Sinatra or not!
