    "Lollipop" Chicken Wings

Executive Chef Kim Canteenwalla spices up your day from breakfast to late night dining at Society Café Encore. It should come as no surprise, either, given his extremely successful history. Chef Canteenwalla has served up his unique cuisine all over the world, including his home of Montreal, Bermuda, Dubai, Southeast Asia -- including Bali, Cambodia, Indonesia -- Mississippi and, ultimately, Las Vegas. As president of Blau and Associates, which he co-founded with wife Elizabeth Blau, his significant international experience has enabled him to add his own touch to the restaurant consulting group. Having opened five-star hotel properties, restaurants and casinos throughout the world -- Ritz Carlton Palm Beach, One & Only Palmilla in Mexico and Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, to name a few -- Chef Canteenwalla has participated in multiple international culinary events, including the South Beach Food and Wine Festival, the James Beard Foundation’s Chefs & Champagne and the James Beard House Best Hotel Chefs in America series. He even was invited to prepare a guest chef dinner/lecture at the Swiss Ecole Hoteliere in Lausanne, Switzerland. All of this hasn’t expanded Chef Canteenwalla’s ego, however; as hard-working as he is successful, he is at Society Café Encore every day, demonstrating his passion and expedient pace while taking in the delighted reactions from his clientele. Fish + Chips

Appetizer: Shrimp Cocktail (guacamole, spicy cocktail sauce, $16); Blue Fin Tuna Combo (tuna poke and sashimi, avocado, mango, yuzu juice, $17); Crisped Calamari (caper aioli, $12); Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes (jicama apple slaw, Anaheim chile emulsion, $16); Grilled Artichoke (garlic, lemon and thyme marinated, chipotle spiced dip, $12).

Soup: Roasted Tomato Bisque (parmesan pepper lavash, $10).

Salads: Caesar Salad ($12); Tomato & Burrata Salad (extra virgin olive oil, basil, country bread, $15); Fruits & Nuts (field greens, figs, pears, cherries, dried cranberries. cashews, pomegranate vinaigrette, $14); Iceberg Wedges (crunchy bacon, tear drop tomatoes, blue cheese dressing, $14); Tasting of Salad (Caesar, Fruit & Nuts, Iceberg Wedge, $15).
