Rio’s Carnaval Makes Its Way to Vegas!

Are you ready for a party? There’s one taking place all day and all night at SushiSamba Strip, the Las Vegas outpost of SushiSamba in the Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino. This is SushiSamba’s largest venture to date and its first venue in the West. With a color palette of mostly orange, red, yellow and green, this restaurant screams Carnival. Multi-colored ribbons stream throughout the restaurant while flat screen televisions project ever-changing scenes of Brazilian, Peruvian and Japanese cultures and cuisines. Because the robata grill is always burning, the sushi bar always crafting interesting creations and SugarCane -- the restaurant’s late-night lounge -- always providing entertainment, you can’t go wrong at SushiSamba.
