Sensi, the dramatic restaurant that's located in the spa tower at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas, is a combination of wood, stone and water that provides a feast not only for the stomach, but also for the eyes. The name is based on the word "senzi," which is Italian for "senses," and it certainly succeeded in dazzling all five of ours. Natural boulders, stones and waterfalls provide for a beautiful stone and water garden. The show kitchen, meanwhile, showcases the preparation of both Asian and Italian cuisine, including seafood and grilled dishes, providing a delightful and entertaining experience that you can enjoy while sipping wine and waiting for your fabulous meal.
