Reservations
Reservations are recommended, although the restaurant makes every attempt to accommodate walk-ins. If you can't get into the restaurant, you certainly can try some of the savory snacks at the Sala Lounge.
Seating
Seating, space between tables and the tables themselves are very generous. You never feel that you are encroached on or that you are simply too close to your neighbor. The semicircular booths are our particular favorite; they provide a lot of space, they're comfortable and they shield you somewhat from your neighbors. But don't get us wrong: The tables are lovely, too, and alcove seating is a nice option. In general, you really can't go wrong, as you're part of the action wherever you choose and you know you won't be cramped.
Atmosphere
The atmosphere inside Dos Caminos is fanciful and fun -- like that of a fiesta. With that obviously comes louder music than one might prefer for an intimate dinner, but then again, this is Vegas. Besides, the restaurant intends to be playful and you can't help but have a really fun time when you're here. If you're not in the mood for a fanciful feast in a bright and colorful room, then you might want to look elsewhere. If you're in for a restaurant where the sky's the limit for a fun time, however, then this is your place.
Restrooms
The restrooms inside the restaurant and on the same level. If you're there in the evening, don't forget to bring your dollar for a gratuity for the attendant! They'll be happy you did.

Dress Code
The dress code is dressy casual; it's Vegas, after all.
Parking
Gratis valet parking is available at the Palazzo, as is gratis self-parking. There are also multiple cabs available at the hotel.
Awards
Because Dos Caminos is so new, it hasn't yet won any awards. In June 2007, however, its parent company, the B.R. Guest Restaurant Group, became the first national multi-concept restaurant group to be certified "Green" by the Green Restaurant Association. So, if you're feeling guilty having such pleasure in Dos Caminos, just remember -- it's green, so you're doing your bit for the environment without even trying.
*Please note that the restaurants featured at TravelsinTaste.com may have changed their personnel, menu, pricing, decor, hours of operation, etc., since our last visit. The competitive and creative nature of the fine dining scene virtually assures that changes will occur on a frequent basis in order to make diners happier, meals more pleasurable and visits more frequent. Given their frequent fluctuations, most restaurants welcome inquiries about their current hours, menu and more.
