Beloved television chef, cookbook author and restaurateur, Lidia Bastianich will host an exclusive book signing for her newest debut, Lidia Cooks From the Heart of Italy: A Feast of 175 Regional Recipes inside Carnevino at The Palazzo. The cookbook focuses on the regional cooking of the lesser known parts of Italy- Molise, Liguria, Umbria, Abruzzo, Calabria, Valle d’Aosta, Le Marche, Trentino Alto Adige, Basilcata, and Sardinia- and explores hidden treasures in the well-known gastronomic domains of Lombardy and Emilia Romagna. The authentic recipes Lidia finds are created from her intimate connections with native Italians who produce the finest ingredients and products the country has to offer.

Lidia Matticchio Bastianich is one of the best-loved chefs on television, a best-selling cookbook author, restaurateur, and owner of a flourishing food and entertainment business.
