Le Bernardin continues with our Spring series hosted by Aldo Sohm, Best Sommelier in the World 2008 and winner of the James Beard Award for Outstanding Wine Service 2009.

Aldo will share his years of tasting experience plus his knowledge of terroir, vinification and ultimately “How to Taste.”  This will be an interactive seminar with questions to create a dialogue about wine while increasing your wine knowledge and confidence.

The evening begins with the tasting, followed by a conversational dinner furthering discussion on wine and food pairings.
