On Monday, January 17th, Colicchio & Sons will host a special beer dinner in the Tap Room with Garrett Oliver, the brewmaster from Brooklyn Brewery. A seven-course tasting menu will be paired with a selection of the brewery’s reserve (special release/not widely available) beers, and Oliver will chat with guests about the pairings.
