Beginning Sunday/Sept. 18, Sunday brunch will be offered at Salinas, the stylish new Spanish restaurant in Chelsea.

Inspired by the tradition of amaiketako, a meal taken around 11am in the Basque region that resembles the notion of brunch in the US, Salinas’ brunch menu will showcase several classic dishes from Spain. Chef Luis Bollo’s brunch menu features dishes such as cazuelita (poached eggs and Basque piperade casserole, Serrano ham and crispy garbanzo beans), Imberico (Mahon cheese on country toast, poached eggs, Iberico ham, aioli emulsion, smoked paprika) as well as Bocata de Lomo which is Salinas’ take on a classic pork tenderloin sandwich served throughout Spain. Brunch will be served on Sundays from 11am to 4pm, and can be enjoyed in the restaurant’s gorgeous enclosed garden, rain or shine.  Reservations available by calling 212.776.1990.
