David Burke’s flagship restaurant is celebrating Easter with a three-course brunch featuring dishes such as “DBT Eggs Benedict” with chorizo, shoestring potatoes & hollandaise, roasted leg of lamb and steak & eggs with egg ravioli and charred ramps. Dinner offers other seasonal highlights, such as soft shell crab with lemon-olive oil crushed potatoes and creme fraiche panna cotta with spring berry salad.

Along with a Bloody Mary or mimosa, guests who come for brunch on Easter Sunday  can order a three-course prixe-fixe menu with options such as Burke’s signature pastrami salmon and spring lamb chops with spring vegetable ragu, pea & mint puree. Traditional hot cross buns are playfully reconstructed as a bread pudding, served with cinnamon raisin ice cream and dark chocolate sauce.
