May 13: Celebrate Mother’s Day with brunch prepared by Chef Serena Perdue

Mother’s Day wouldn’t be the same without a delightful brunch to enjoy with family and friends. Guests can celebrate Mother’s Day this year with an exceptional brunch prepared by executive chef Serena Perdue while they dine in the relaxing atmosphere at Niche. Mimosas and Bloody Marys will also be featured.

Priced at $40 per person for a three course tasting menu, brunch will be available between 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 13.

Bread Basket
Containing cinnamon Monkey bread, Zucchini muffins and Sourdough rolls.

Spinach Salad
Fresh baby spinach, Montecheve goat cheese, dried apricots, Marcona almonds, white balsamic vinaigrette

Fruit Salad
Honeydew, Cantaloupe, Pineapple, berries, sweet chantilly cream and cucumber gele

Sweet Pea Soup
English peas, truffle creme fraiche, pickled radish

Shrimp and Grits
Marinated shrimp, hominy grits, spicy shrimp glace

Pineapple Waffles
Crispy waffles, pineapple brown sugar chutney, real maple syrup, sweet cream

Hanger Steak
Toasted ciabatta bread, spinach grilled hanger steak, basil aioli, fried shallots, warm potato bacon salad

Gravlox
House made gravlox, pumpernickle croutons, Niche pickles, radish, cream cheese and dill

Hasselman Egg
Fresh poached egg from Hasselman Farm, asparagus, crepes, bearnaise sauce.

Meat and Cheese
Sliced Molinari Finochionna and Salami, Capole goat cheese and Big Woods Blue cow’s milk cheese, traditional garnish, Lavash crackers

Seared Scallops
Carrot honey puree, toasted Israeli cous cous, lime, English cucumber, ginger beurre blanc

Blackberry Panna Cotta
Buttermilk panna cotta, blackberry gele, fresh blackberry

Chocolate Eclair
Pate choux filled chocolate pastry cream, dipped in soft ganache
