Beer Tasting Dinner on Wednesday, July 11, spotlights all New Belgium beers

R Steak & Seafood inside the Riviera Hotel & Casino is hosting a Beer Tasting Dinner featuring all New Belgium Brewing Company brews on Wednesday, July 11. A welcome reception begins at 6 p.m. and the five-course tasting dinner starts at 6:30 p.m.

The Beer Tasting Dinner featuring New Belgium Brewing Company costs $40 per person in advance and $50 at the door. The five-course meal includes:

• Baked Bratwurst Sausage Wrapped in a Buttermilk Biscuit with Mustard and Red Cabbage Kraut, paired with Fat Tire Amber Ale
• Tiger Prawns Coated with Citrus Orange Zest and Mild Chili Flakes, paired with Belgo Belgian-Style India Pale Ale
• Jicama Spring Mix on a Bed of Sliced English Cucumbers with White Balsamic Vinaigrette, paired with Ranger India Pale Ale
• Beer Braised Leg of Lamb with Boiled Yukon Potatoes and Asparagus, paired with La Folie Sour Brown Ale
• Irish Crème Brûlée with Almond Brittle, paired with Enlightened Black Ale
