Popular Food Network Celebrity and New York Times Best-Selling Author Sandra Lee will soon be featuring a renowned recipe from Michelin-rated Las Vegas Alize´ restaurant and its Celebrity Chef Mark Purdy.

The Alize´ Restaurant recipe? Pan Seared Muscovy Duck Breast, Foie Gras and Black Truffle Sausage with Spaghetti Squash, Braised Salsify and Huckleberry Sauce.
