Starting this week, Estiatorio Milos at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, will launch an “Eat Like a Top Chef Master” special menu in honor of Top Chef Masters season 4, which was filmed at the hotel.

During the taping, several of the celebrity chef’testants competed throughout the property, often interacting with the roster of noteworthy chefs who make up the culinary collection at The Cosmopolitan. Estiatorio Milos will be featured on the show Wednesday, and a special behind-the-scenes webisode will also air on BravoTV.com. Chef Spiliadis’ four-course $150 prix fixe menu (including wine pairing) will be available during both lunch and dinner and will be served through the end of October. It features several of chef’s signature dishes including the Charred Mediterranean Octopus and a daily selection of Salt Crusted Fish. The full menu is below.

After dinner guests can head up to the Boulevard Pool deck to catch all of the action from that week’s episode on the resort’s 65′ digital marquee. The viewing parties begin at 9PM and are open to the public. The remaining viewing parties will take place on September 12, 19 and 26 which will be the season finale.
