Meal
Executive Chef Thomas Connell calls Americana's food "Restyled American" cuisine – a perfect name for American favorites cleverly combined with classic Italian flavors. Among the American classics you'll find restyled at Americana are "real foods" like steaks, seafood, and pasta. While these sound like standard staples, there's nothing standard about the way they're prepared at the Americana - guided as they are by Chef Connell's belief that "eating is not a duty – it's a social adventure."

    Eggs Made to Order

At the Americana, you can feast on their fine cuisine for breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch and dinner. You can also enjoy all your meals either indoors, amid the Lapidus style touches, or outdoors, with a sumptuous view of the pool and the Atlantic Ocean.

For breakfast, you can chose to dine either buffet style or al la carte. The buffet has something for just about everyone’s tastes, offering an egg station, a fine selection of breads and cheese, a combination of breakfast meats, cereal, oatmeal and fruit. There is also a big of champagne if you're in the mood. Your server will bring your juice and coffee orders to your table - so you don't have to worry about spilling any liquids anywhere. Of course, if you would rather order something of the menu, you always have the a la carte option.

Breakfast from the Omelette Station

The Americana's popular Sunday Brunch is not to be missed. If you chose to brunch inside, you'll hear the jazz trio from the neighboring Lapidus Lounge, while outside you'll hear classic 80s tunes the DJ spins every Sunday from 12 to 3. The brunch has an omelet and pancake station, followed by a station with five hot entrees, an assortment of cheeses, fresh fruit, cold salads, a carving station, chilled seafood, sushi and desserts. Brunch includes champagne and a variety of juices and smoothies. For an additional cost you can also request Bloody Marys, mimosas and screwdrivers. There's even a children’s brunch.

Lunches at the Americana range from wonderful seafood appetizers to fine salads and soup. Among the sandwiches available are a delicious twist on the classic Grilled Cheese made with Maine Lobster. For your main course at lunch, you can delight in everything from a seafood pizza to a colorful pate of red snapper tacos.
