Chef Michael Bloise's menu features classic American fare with subtle Asian influences. Being half American and half Vietnamese-Italian, that makes a lot of sense. Appetizers: Cake 'N' Steak (rock shrimp cafe with deckle steak and arugula aioli, $24); Torchon of Foie Gras (blueberry-rioja gastrique and black pepper-lemon crostini, $21); Tomato-Lime Soup with Chilled Maine Lobster (avocado, grilled chayote squash, toasted corn and basil, $17): B.L.T. Scallops (pancetta, braised romaine, dried grape tomato and red curry mayo, $18); Market Oysters (shucked to order and prepared special daily, market price); Roaring Forties Blue Cheese (gala apples, watercress, walnuts, and fig jam vinaigrette, $14); Croatian Blue Fin Toro (watermelon, green tea and spicy Swiss chard, $22); Wish Salad (green mango and baby bean sprouts, cashews and lychee-mint vinaigrette, $14).

Entrees: Seared Salmon with Raviolo, Over Easy (beet cure, organic egg yolk, halibut brandade and brioche, $35); Dover Sole and Escarole (middleneck clams, cannellini beans, tarragon and calamata crostini, $34); Pan-Seared Breast of Pheasant (cinnamon tagliatelle, pencil asparagus and star anise cream, $34); Grilled Korobuta Porkchop (seven year cheddar grits, bacon, broccolini and teriyaki stout, $42); Pan-Seared Eye of the Ribeye (caraway-cornbread stuffing, porcini mushroom brine, Fontina cheese and whiskey demi, $44); Grilled Barramundi and Braised Oxtail (fingerling potatoes, shallots, bell peppers and lime, $39); The Vegetarian Five (a multi-component entree custom-crafted as you WISH, $31); Crispy Skinned Snapper (grilled shrimp, Chinese sausage, jasmine rice and Vietnamese tea foam, $36).
