Chef Simon To, recipient of the Bleu Ribbon award from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and a member of Les Amis d'Escoffier Society of China, of which he is honorary chairman, will wow you with his amazing dim sum creations. It's no surprise, as he's commandeered kitchens the world over, from France to Hong Kong to Canada. Zine is merely the latest jewel on his crown of culinary accomplishments. It's a tasty jewel, at that. After all, Zine Dim Sum Noodles Restaurant doesn't only serve dim sum; it also offers a full variety of dishes, from Pho Tai Bo Vien -- rare filet mignon meatball and noodle soup -- to Steamed Lobster in Garlic Sauce. Chef To specializes in Cantonese and Szechwan dishes, but you'll also be treated to Taiwanese, Vietnamese and other authentic Asian-style preparations. To top it off, Zine is open continuously from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily. So if you're hankering for a late night or early morning dim sum after winning big at the craps tables, step off the casino floor and stop by Zine. You won't be disappointed that you did.
