Known as the City of Broad Shoulders, Chicago might be more aptly called the City of Big Appetites thanks to its famous deep dish pizza, Chicago-style hotdogs and authentic Italian beef. More than street food, however, the Windy City is home to some of the country's finest architecture, museums, sports and shops, not to mention some of its most sophisticated restaurants, all of which make the shores of Lake Michigan absolutely edible from Wrigley Field to the Sears Tower and beyond.
