Corkbuzz will host a special, one-hour Valentine’s Day class on choosing wine for a date. In this class, owner and Master Sommelier Laura Maniec will discuss how to navigate a wine list, general pairing techniques and ordering for others. She will also touch on interesting wines from lesser-known regions she is sweet on right now. Guests can bring a date and make a night of it, or come solo to sharpen their skills before that big dinner reservation. The class will end with a sweet wine and dessert pairing. The wine bar will also be open from 5:00pm to midnight serving the regular menu with a few extra special sweets.
