Reservations
Strongly recommended. Rumor has it Bill Gates was turned away by an unknowing hostess (poor thing; she really had no idea).
Seating
Seating is very comfortable and the spacing between tables is more than adequate; you don't feel on top of your neighbor, nor does your server have to squeeze between the tables in order to present your meal. Round and rectangular tables abound.
Atmosphere
Music plays in the background during the week, while a live pianist plays from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Even with all its pleasant atmosphere, though, things can get a little boisterous at Charlie Palmer Steak. If you're here for a quiet romantic evening for two, you might want to reconsider and come back, instead, when you're celebrating something a little more festive.
Restrooms
The restrooms are outside of the restaurant, but close by in the hotel lobby.
