Although celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse owns and operates Delmonico Steakhouse, he has able help from Chef de Cuisine Dana D'Anzi and Master Sommelier Kevin Vogt. You'll note the varied items on the menu; if someone in your party is not a steak lover, there will certainly be something for them, too. If you do order steak, however, you will note that Emeril has his own line of Wusthof knives, complete with his signature on the blade!
