If you don't know Emeril Lagasse, you've probably been hiding under a rock for the last 18 years or so. A television personality of Food Network fame, a food correspondent for ABC's "Good Morning America," a bestselling author and an award-winning chef, Emeril has 11 restaurants to his name, spanning New Orleans, Orlando, Miami, Atlanta, Mississippi and, of course, Las Vegas, where he has three amazing eateries. He's also a philanthropist as head of the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, which creates educational opportunities for children. Emeril -- the brand -- is everywhere. Emeril the man, however, can't be. He's therefore anointed Jean Paul Labadie as Chef de Cuisine at Table 10. Chef Labadie perfected his craft at Emeril's flagship restaurant in New Orleans, then left Louisiana to work his way up from Sous Chef to Executive Chef at Emeril's New Orleans Fish House in Vegas, Chef Lagasse's third restaurant.
