Mark's Las Olas -- CLOSED

Mark's Las Olas A Fine Dining Luminary Has Turned off the Lights

EDITOR'S NOTE: THIS RESTAURANT IS NOW CLOSED

Mark Militello is a staple in the South Florida culinary scene. A multi-award winner, his culinary empire spans from South Beach to Palm Beach with four outstanding restaurants, each just as tasty as the next. Mark's Las Olas opened in 1994 and was named by Esquire as one of its "Best New Restaurants" that year. We can see why. With seating for about 140, the restaurant is decorated with an open kitchen, romantic booth seating and beautiful flowers. Plus, it turns out a different menu of unique tasty fare every night of the week. With the large variety on the menu, it would take more than the "season" to work through all of the delicious items, which range from pizzas and pastas to specialty fish and meat; you can get it all here, prepared in the unique South Florida style that's been christened "Floribbean."
