Bar Area
From within the restaurant, Charlie Palmer Steak's marble bar area is to the right, flanked by the dining room on one side and the lounge on the other. The lounge is home to live piano music on Friday and Saturday nights, as well as comfortable oversized brown leather club chairs in which to enjoy it. The long bar is separated from the main dining area by a freestanding wall that's half glass, half wood, and is only half the length of the walls around it. It houses two table lamps with sunset-hued shades, one at either end. A menu is set up at the front side for easy perusing. Glassware and bottles, in multiple rows, align the mirror behind the bar; the glassware is all on the same level while the bottles are in multiple raised levels. There is also unique glassware at the bar created by Domsky Glass. The Domsky shooters are 3-inch by 5-inch plates, engraved with a C and a P - the signature parts of Charlie Palmer's logo; the shot glass sits in the center of the P, while the C holds a little taste of something. It's a nice, unusual touch for the customer. Wall-mounted lighting on either side of the bar completes the atmosphere, along with cabinets underneath the inside of the bar, made of a light-colored wood that contrasts nicely with the bar's dark marble top.

Semi Private Dining Area
At the back of the restaurant, separated by an elaborate wrought iron grillwork screen, are several tables away from the hubbub of the main dining area. The screen is transportable, so you can either keep it as a decoration, off to the side, or use it to cut off several tables for an intimate, semi-private dining experience. The screen itself consists of six panels that reach about three-quarters of the way up to the ceiling. The elaborate decorative wrought iron grillwork has a curved top, and the design itself is curvilinear. A diaphanous transparent fabric, adorned with a soft white pattern of flowers and leaves, falls gently from a semi-circular wrought iron curtain rod, creating a gorgeous "U" of pretty fabric.
