The cafe is a lovely option at Aquavit, particularly if you don't want to empty your wallet in the main dining room. The cafe has large windows looking out onto 55th Street, flanked by flowing floor-to-ceiling draperies. There are dark wood tables, with red cone chairs and stone colored banquettes. Beautiful chandeliers with wires of shell-like ornaments hang from three circular rims. |
