If you don't know Emeril Lagasse, you've probably been hiding under a rock for the last 20 years. A television personality of Food Network fame, Emeril's been a TV host on "The Essence of Emeril" and "Emeril Live," a food correspondent for ABC's "Good Morning America," a bestselling author and an award-winning chef. A true restaurateur, he has 13 restaurants to his name, spanning New Orleans, Orlando, Miami Beach, Bethlehem, Gulfport and, of course, Las Vegas, where he has four amazing eateries. He's also a philanthropist as head of the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, which creates educational opportunities for children. Emeril -- the brand -- is everywhere. Emeril the man, however, can't be. He's therefore anointed Vincent Chiyuto as chef de cuisine at Lagasse's Stadium. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, Chef Chiyuto made his way to Vegas in 2001 and perfected his craft at Emeril's Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian, where he worked as sous chef. Emeril invited him to be part of the opening team at Table 10 at the Palazzo, then promptly promoted him to executive sous chef. By September 2009, Chef Chiyuto was chosen to lead the kitchen at Lagasse's Stadium, where he continues to delight guests with his culinary talents. Homemade Cheese Pizza

Stadium Classics: Buffalo Chicken Wings (tossed with a buttery hot sauce and served with homemade ranch dressing or creamy blue cheese, $12); Cheesy Beer & Warm Soft Pretzels (the ultimate cheese dip: three cheeses, tomatoes and roasted jalapenos, $10); Creole Boiled Shrimp Cocktail (Creole spiced chilled Gulf shrimp served with traditional cocktail sauce or New Orleans style remoulade sauce, $14); Chili Cheese Fries (homemade beef and bean chili over crispy french fries topped with molted cheese, onion, tomato and sour cream, $10); Grilled Chicken or BBQ Pork Nachos (crispy tortilla chips layered with cheese and pinto beans, served with guacamole, sour cream and homemade salsa, $12); Italian Sausage Arancini (crispy fried Italian sausage and mozzarella risotto balls with tomato basil dipping sauce, $10); Mediterranean Style Hummus (garbanzo beans, garlic, parsley, lemon, tahini and smoked paprika oil served with grilled pita, $9).
