    Stadium Salad

If you don't know Emeril Lagasse, you've probably been hiding under a rock for the last 20 years. A television personality of Food Network fame, Emeril's been a TV host on "The Essence of Emeril" and "Emeril Live," a food correspondent for ABC's "Good Morning America," a bestselling author and an award-winning chef. A true restaurateur, he has 13 restaurants to his name, spanning New Orleans, Orlando, Miami Beach, Bethlehem, Gulfport and, of course, Las Vegas, where he has four amazing eateries. He's also a philanthropist as head of the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, which creates educational opportunities for children. Emeril -- the brand -- is everywhere. Emeril the man, however, can't be. He's therefore anointed Vincent Chiyuto as chef de cuisine at Lagasse's Stadium. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, Chef Chiyuto made his way to Vegas in 2001 and perfected his craft at Emeril's Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian, where he worked as sous chef. Emeril invited him to be part of the opening team at Table 10 at the Palazzo, then promptly promoted him to executive sous chef. By September 2009, Chef Chiyuto was chosen to lead the kitchen at Lagasse's Stadium, where he continues to delight guests with his culinary talents.
