Situated in the midst of a sanctuary that's comprised of almost four acres worth of breathtaking pools, Jacuzzis, flora and fauna -- including five marbled Palladian style fountains -- sits Solaro, Wolfgang Puck’s second poolside restaurant. Second, that is, in chronology only, certainly not in food quality or service. Solaro is Puck's answer to every Vegas traveler who's ever asked, "How can I forget about the casino for a while?" There, you can do exactly that; simply sit by the pools, relax and be catered to. Of course, you can't escape entirely from the Vegas experience so near Las Vegas Boulevard, as the pool deck offers an amazing view of the Las Vegas Strip. Not only is the scenery beautiful, however, but the service is, too. Solaro provides the utmost in relaxation thanks to poolside spa services provided by the Canyon Ranch SpaClub. The only thing better than the massages is the food, which is nothing less than Wolfgang Puck's special brand of stellar. From breakfast to pizza to pasta to salads to sandwiches, not to mention cocktails and specialty juices, Solaro is synonymous with sumptuousness.
