For Chinese New Year/Valentine’s Day, chef Chewy Cereceres will be serving special dishes at Macao Trading Co. to ring in the year of the Tiger. Special dishes include Jasmine tea-smoked duck confit spring rolls with coriander plum sauce and an 8-Treasure claypot with 5 spice char siu pork loin, golden roasted duck, shitakes, aged soy steamed bok choy and organic brown rice.
