Reservations
Reservations are only accepted for dinner after 6pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There are no reservations accepted for lunch. If you arrive before six, and the restaurant is crowded, they will offer to take your cell phone number and call you when your table is ready. A nice touch like that reminds you that at, the Ritz Carlton, luxury is everything.
Seating
Tables are ample enough for most parties. The cushioned seats are comfortable and are approximately 20 inches in diameter at their longest point. There is plenty of room to maneuver between tables, so if you need to get up to use the restroom you are by no means cramped.
Atmosphere
Throughout dining hours music plays from sound systems hidden in the lush landscaping. While the music noticeable, it is not loud or disruptive. All tables have a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Beach Walk that stretches along South Beach - so, in other words, the people watching is excellent. If you're interested in additional music, there is a DJ from 5-8PM, Monday and Wednesdays, 4-8pm, Saturdays and Sundays, and a Flamenco guitarist 5-8pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Fridays women receive free champagne from 5-9pm, and music comes courtesy of DJ Snezana.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located within the restaurant, at the back of the bar; they couldn't be any more convenient
