A Conversation with Chef Pietro Rota: Part Two
TravelsinTaste.com was able to catch up recently with culinary star Pietro Rota, Executive Chef of La Marea at The Tides South Beach, who told us how a redesign of a classic Miami hotel, complete with a new restaurant, lured him to Florida from California, making him a truly bicoastal chef. We were given a quick video tour of La Marea's kitchen, displayed in all its glory, and then had the chance to talk to Chef Rota about the reasons that he chose La Marea in South Beach, the trends he's seen in South Beach cuisine and his favorite parts of this gorgeous beach town!
